IT Manager 

As IT Manager at AFA Dispensing, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the IT activities with the goal of realizing a business-oriented IT environment and a digitalization-focused organization. You have a crucial role in supporting business objectives by ensuring that the technologies, applications, and systems seamlessly align with the needs of internal teams, customers and suppliers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Leading a team of IT professionals who, together with external IT partners, provide a service-oriented IT organization that operates proactively for our locations in Eindhoven, Shanghai (China), and New Jersey (US);
• IT Policy and Strategy: Developing and implementing a business-oriented IT policy that aligns with the strategic goals. The emphasis is on further developing the existing IT strategy. You focus on standardization and creating added value for the organization;
• Risk Management and Security: Ensuring a robust and secure IT environment that is well protected against cyber threats. You safeguard intellectual property and IT assets and you increase cybersecurity awareness within the organization;
• Planning and Budgeting: Preparing budgets and performance reports related to IT expenditures and projects;
• Cost Efficiency: Acquiring cost-effective technological equipment, software, and services. You ensure that all IT-related purchases are made at competitive market prices;
• Continuous Improvement: You stay informed about the latest IT products and solutions and apply this knowledge to continuously improve IT processes. You increase the digital agility of our employees by highlighting unused or new IT functionality and thereby adding value to the company.

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science with at least 7 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in leading IT teams;
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English;
• Experience with Supply Chain processes;
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

• Gross Monthly Salary between €7,000 and €9,000, depending on knowledge and experience
